Sexy A to Z – I

I am sharing something each day covering the alphabet until I reach Z!  Here we are at day 9!  I am sharing topics having to do with sex, BDSM and/or kink.  These topics are of things I am curious to learn about, love to know more about or just love to share.

If you have anything to add or have something else in that alphabet letter to share, please do so in the comments below.

Today’s sexy letter of the alphabet is:

I:

Impact Play :

A part of sensation play and features contact to the bottom (and at times the back) with floggers, paddles, crops, canes and of course bare handed spankings.

Definitions:

Wikipedia -a human sexual practice in which one person (the bottom) is struck (usually repeatedly) by another person (the Top) for the gratification of either or both parties which may or may not be sexual in nature.

Yahoo – any form of impact on the body for sexual gratification purposes. Many sexual partners practice impact play the most common way, through spanking, but those who are more experienced will often bring toys into the mix or try a slew of other acts. Impact play is a prevalent kink with a wide umbrella.

Some people prefer various toys, such as whips, floggers, and paddles. Each instrument delivers a different sensation.

Personally

The first time I ever realized I was into impact play I got extremely turned on when a friend pulled me over his knees and spanked me.  I was totally mortified but, like I said, extremely turned on!  And of course I didn’t know it was impact play.

Years later, in the midst of research and learning about the BDSM-D/s lifestyle, I realized why I had been turned on and that I wanted to know more.

I have now experienced hand spankings, wooden paddles, leather paddles, crop, leather straps and floggers.  I have been overly sensitive at times, totally turned on at others and sent into sub space.   It has always been with someone I trust and consensual.  I have been blessed.

What about you?  What are your feelings on Impact Play?  Any input to share?

Until tomorrow with the Letter J!  See you then 😉
