Day 2 – #EveryDamnDayInJune

It is day 2 of #EveryDamnDayInJune.  Yes, I am very late getting this done!

Today I am re-evaluating some of my goals.  These goals include weight loss, exercise, work and most of all writing!

-I really need to lose weight.  Just specifically to feel better and healthy in my own body.  I am determined to start on a good, nutritious, easy to follow diet that I don’t feel like I am missing out on my favorite foods all the time.  So I have decided I am starting tomorrow and I will track how I am doing here.

-Exercise should always be a part of your daily goals, even if only for 15-20 minutes. So, also starting tomorrow, along with the diet, I will be focusing on exercising and keeping track of it daily.

-Work, you really have to be disciplined to get goals for work done.  Like making charts to keep up with where we are and what we need to do from here.  It is easy once you start on a plan.  It’s just getting it started ! Ha!

-And Writing! This is definitely a focus of mine for the rest of this year.  For the next month I will continue to participate in this June challenge and plan on continuing it on throughout the rest of this year.

So, goals are set and now down for all to see! 😉

    1. Yes, it’s pretty hard to follow strict eating when yummy food is right there for you to enjoy while on vacation! 😉
